Rights

I reserve the right to refuse service for any reason I deem necessary.I reserve the right to cancel and refund a commission for any reason I deem necessary.I reserve all rights to the artwork and will use it accordingly to promote my business (such as posting the artwork to social media, use it in my portfolio, record or stream its process, edit or print it for promotional reasons or publish it in collections).... Exception; if rights are transferred to an individual or company under a written contract.You reserve the right to use your commissioned work for personal/private use only. (such as for non-profit personal prints, wallpapers, profile pictures, etc.)You may not use the commissioned works for commercial use, either directly or indirectly, unless otherwise agreed upon and signed under contract.You may not change or alter the work in any way or remove credit, with the following exceptions: you may crop the image, resize the image, or place transparent images on solid backgrounds if used in personal profile pictures or personal banners. ONLY if I am attributed as the artist.You may repost the un-edited work as long as I am attributed as the artist and my signature is visible.
You may not sell my works for any kind of currency or cryptocurrency.You may not use my works to create blockchains or NFTs.You may not use my works with any AI or any AI derivatives. This includes, but is not limited to; AI filters that make images move, AI filters that change the lighting or features or style, AI filters that add shading or coloring, inserting into any AI databases to 'train' AI, etc.Should the client decide to change or adjust the commissioned works outside of the allowances aforementioned, or through the use of machine learning or derived technologies, or create derivatives of the commissioned works through the use of machine learning or derived technologies, the client will be charged for an exclusive rights fee per artwork modified. Please inquire about the exact fee for your commission in advance.

Additional Costs

You will be charged additional fees if:The character provided is considered complex or difficult by the artist to reference.
There are no clear references of the character for the artist to use.
You have a deadline for the art to be delivered by. (rush job)
The art being created will be used in any non-personal capacity and requires rights to be signed over for commercial use.
Large edits to the art that are unplanned and not notified to the artist during the sketch process.

Payment & Refunds

All Payments are to be made upfront and via Paypal invoicing.
If for some reason you do not/cannot have paypal I may accept other payment apps.You may request a refund before your commission has been started,
After your commission has been started refunds will not be accepted.

Process

After you have sent in an inquiry with the necessary information, I will discuss with you the content and complexity of your commission and provide you a quote based on the information gathered.Minor edits in the sketch phase will be allowed at no extra charge, unless it exceeds 3 edits. Any necessary edits due to the artist’s error will incur no extra charge.A completed work may take anywhere between 1 week to 2 months to complete (after payment) depending on the complexity. Work will not begin before payment is received.If you need your work done by a certain deadline you can ask for a rush delivery fee. This fee will be discussed based on your deadline. I also reserve the right to decline a rush delivery.Once services begin, you will be updated at the sketch phase, the line art phase, and color phase (depending on type of commission purchased).Once work is completed and your final approval has been given, your files will be sent to you.If you would like to expand upon or alter finished works, please inquire about pricing!If you have any questions at all feel free to contact me on any of the platforms i have linked or my email: [email protected]

Non-commercial art will be done in RGB. Commercial art will be done in CYMK.All commissions may request a solid colored bg, transparent .png is the default.
